Rock Creek Gala 2024

Every day in Rock Creek is magical, but Wednesday, October 16, was extra special: we got to celebrate Rock Creek with you!

We enjoyed wonderful food and delicious drinks as we celebrated our collective progress in restoring our forests, building community around the Carter Barron Amphitheater, and nurturing current and future Rock Creek stewards.

The 2024 Gala took place outside, near the Rock Creek Park Nature Center - and the bright moon gave the evening a little extra magic!

The Gala raised important funds to support work right here in our neighborhoods to restore and protect Rock Creek's parklands.
